Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I thought I would try again to order a thin crust. After paying $20.00 for a meat pizza again the bottom is not cooked and the top is done if I would have cooked it any longer. The top would’ve been burnt. I used to love getting their pizzas. Not sure if I’ll ever go again!

There’s always these 2 young ladies who I believe close together every time I go, they’re African American and caucasian there so nice and they get the pizza done pretty quick there costumer service is incredible!

i went to this location and there was this nice curly brown haired girl who was so helpful and sweet. she was so enjoyable to talk to and had some great suggestions! the chicken mediterranean was so good! this was seriously one of the best pizzas i have had. definitely going back soon, whoever this girl is needs a raise! great customer service!

I'm not one to write reviews but I love papa murphys pizza and this one is close for me.This location has gone way down hill in the last year. The staff is lackluster and seems not interested. On one occasion I purchased a salad that turned out to be brown. When I brought it back I was told there was no manager on duty but they would call me to make it right. Never happened. On multiple occasions I've ordered online and the pizza has been made on the wrong crust. Tonight my half and half pizza had both toppings over the whole thing. Aside from this the restaurant is starting to smell musty and like old cheese. Its visibly filthy with greasy smears and has a grubby shabby appearance. I shudder to think how the back looks or the coolers. Corporate needs to shut this down for a few days for a major scrubbing and audit this franchisee/manager.

I used to frequent this location, but their product has gone downhill. Got an order of messy pizzas: toppings were missing, inaccurate or in a pile in one spot. The crust didn't go to the edges of the pan either. I had to take 30 minutes to remake the pizza before cooking it. Went back a second time (using a store credit) and it was better, but still not correct to my order.
